The Kingdom of Heaven is NOT the Kingdom of God

Matthew is the gospel which refers only to the Kingdom of Heaven. The other gospels refer to a Kingdom of God… are they the same? KOH = earthly, visible, literal kingdom KOG = spiritual kingdom Jesus Christ is the only one who wears the crowns for these kingdom. Even so, Lord Jesus, Come.
